We strongly encourage all of our clients to attend the inspection, at least at the end. We recommend this so the inspector can discuss all items on the report and the general condition of the premises. You should feel free to ask the inspector any questions you may have after the inspection process and we will make sure you know the home inside and out before we leave. The inspector will point out problems, explain the problem to you and let you know what items are more significant and of specific concerns than others. The inspector will also show you the good points of the house as well, plus we will explain what routine maintenance is needed in order to keep the house in top condition. This will help you to get the most benefit from the inspection and gain the most understanding of the systems that make up your home.
